This privacy policy (hereinafter also referred to as "Privacy policy") of the company Aurosa srose registered office at Pohořelec 140/15, Hradčany, 118 00 Prague 1, IČO: 045 29 154, registered in the commercial register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague , section C, insert C 249186 (hereinafter also referred to as "Aurosa") as the administrator of the personal data of this website user https://aurosa.myshopify.com/(hereinafter also referred to as the "Website") informs about the personal data processing and privacy policy described below.

1.   SCOPE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

When ordering goods through the Website, users will be asked to fill in certain personal information about themselves or the company. These data may in particular be:

Our website is not intended for children under the age of 18. We do not process personal data of children under the age of 18.

2.    PURPOSE OF PROCESSING AND LICENSE TO PROCESS

All personal data are processed in a legal and transparent manner and only adequate, relevant and necessary data are required in relation to the purpose of processing. 

The personal data provided by the users of the Website is processed by Aurosa so that the ordered goods can be sent to the users and thus fulfill the obligation resulting from the purchase of goods on the Website. The license for this processing of personal data is the fulfillment of the contract. The provision of personal data for the purpose of implementing the purchase contract is a contractual requirement of Auros, and failure to provide them may result in the non-conclusion of the purchase contract.

Furthermore, Aurosa collects personal data so that the user can be contacted back to provide him with the information he requested. The license for processing in this case is also the fulfillment of the contract or a legitimate interest. The provision of personal data for the purpose of answering the questions raised or the information requested by the user is a contractual and legitimate requirement of Auros, and failure to provide them may result in the failure to provide an answer to the questions raised by the user.

The personal data we collect from you each time you visit the Site or each Order is necessary for the use of the services we offer you on the Website and/or for the processing of your Order and its service providers. This activity includes the detection of online fraud related to means of payment, the prevention and settlement of payment deficiencies (including missed payments) and the preservation of Aurosa's rights in the course of its business activities.

We may also collect statistical information to learn how visitors use our Website (frequency of visits to individual pages of the Website, sales statistics, where visitors to the Website come from, etc.), in connection with the cookies in Article 7 of the Privacy Policy listed below . 

Information relating to the User Account of visitors to the Site is kept by Aurosa and is intended exclusively for internal use, primarily for the purpose of conducting market research.

3.   SENDING BUSINESS MESSAGES

The user's name, surname and e-mail address are processed by Aurosa in order to send commercial messages to users who request it. Sending commercial messages means informing the user about actions, events, publications or services provided by Aurosa that may be of interest to the user via the e-mail address entered by the user. These commercial communications are sent by Aurosa only after consent to the sending of such commercial communications has been granted.

The user can refuse the processing of personal data for the purpose of sending commercial messages at any time and this will not affect other mutual relations between Aurosa and the user. It is possible to unsubscribe from commercial communications via the link entitled "Unsubscribe from commercial communications" provided in the footer of an e-mail containing a commercial communication. It is also possible to unsubscribe via e-mail with an appropriate request to info@aurosa.cz or another address from which you received commercial communications from us. This unsubscribe from receiving commercial communications is considered a withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data. 

Your personal data will not be used for the purpose of any automated decision-making, including profiling.

4.   ACCESS TO PERSONAL DATA

Personal data of users is processed on the basis of the above-mentioned licenses for processing, for the purposes of personal data processing defined above. All collected personal data of users is processed by Aurosa, personal data may be transferred to subcontractors to carry out their processing for Aurosa. 

Personal data provided to subcontractors is processed by subcontractors for Aurosa based on Aurosa's instructions and in accordance with Aurosa's privacy policy and other applicable confidentiality and security measures. As part of improving the quality of our services and providing certain activities, your Personal Data will be processed by processors who provide us with

Apart from what is stated here, the personal data obtained is not shared with anyone. If there is a need to share users' personal data with entities other than those mentioned above, the user will always be informed about this. The user always has the opportunity to exercise his legal rights defined in Article 7 Privacy policy. 

5.   PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING PERIOD

Users' personal data will be processed for the period during which Aurosa services will be provided or the obligations arising from the mutually concluded contract will be fulfilled, or for the period necessary to fulfill archiving obligations according to applicable legal regulations, such as Act 563/1991 Coll. on accounting as amended, Act No. 499/2004 Coll. archiving and file service as amended, Act no. 112/2016 Coll. on registration of sales, Act No. 89/2012 Coll. Civil Code or Act No. 235/2004 Coll. about value added tax. 

Personal data processed for the purpose of sending business communications as defined above are processed for a period of ten years from the date of their collection or until consent to the processing of personal data is revoked. 

6.    RIGHTS ARISING FROM THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

In relation to Aurosa's processing of users' personal data, users have the following rights:

8.   REPORTING AND NOTIFYING SECURITY INCIDENTS

In the event of a security incident involving the leakage of personal data or their damage or impairment, Aurosa will report the security incident to the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection, within 72 hours at the latest. At the same time, each data subject whose personal data was affected by a security incident will be notified that a security incident has occurred. At the same time, Aurosa will publish a security incident notification on its website.

The privacy policy is effective from 1 January 2018.
